The items supplied are manufactured to the highest quality using industry standard processes but with everything sometimes a problem occurs.

If you have a problem with an item that we have supplied please contact us via email at ann@seabream.com.au so that we can help you as quickly as possible please include:

– your name
– your order number
– details of the problem
– a photo of the problem

We will investigate and contact you to advise the next steps – please DO NOT just send the item back to us.

As each item is custom made for you we are unable to accept items back because you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully.
